1:37 – use the content table
2:21 – write down lecture number + subject on top of the page
2:32 – use bullet points / symbols
2:59 – write in full sentences as much as you can
3:36 – don't just copy + paste the powerpoint
4:08 – what to write down
5:44 – use a different highlighter for anything exam related
6:52 – stick to one color
7:21 – add sticky notes in the same color as your notes

Question, do you guys type or hand-write your notes? I've been conflicted about this for a while as a new uni student because I know that handwriting notes is better for memory but typing is way faster during lectures and also easier to study from; usually, handwritten notes are rushed and therefore harder to refer back to during exam season. Thoughts?

Guys I have a tip that can CHANGE YOUR WHOLE LIFE! (It depends if you are privileged for it tho)
Record what your teacher is saying. I do this all the time!!! Then I go home and write anything that I missed. Then I delete the recording..and do the same thing for each and EVERY class.
